Just browsing on Amazon.com and noticed that the all the realeased seasons of Survivor on DVD are on sale. Half price to be exact. They are only $12.50 US a season. Add $7.98 for international shipping and that comes to US$20.48 or under $22 AUD thanks to the good exchange rate at the moment. For those interested in exploring the previous series over again, here is a very cost effective and great way to do so with dvd extras and all the episodes aired of each season. Through Amazon, the DVDs should take a couple of weeks to arrrive and are made in region 1, but if you have a region free dvd player (most are) and patience then why not buy a few? Oddly enough the 4-pack of Borneo/Outback/Pearl Islands/All Stars is "on sale" for $63.99 - more expensive than buying the individual DVDs.

After postage and handling it came to less than $73 Australian. Which is less than $19 AUD per series. Tell me if you saw that on the shelf that you wouldn't grab it straight away!! It should take about a month though but who cares - no rush. Now I'm just hoping that my DVD player is multi-region. It should be, the codes seemed to work.

They claim to sell the unreleased Survivor seasons on DVD and ship them out for $130 AUD. That includes Gabon and Tocantins. Scam? Hopefully not.

Bootleg Survivor DVDs of all the seasons CBS hasn't released. I don't know that I'd risk the money on the full set but if I were desperate I might risk the money for one season. I wounder how come CBS haven't shut him down yet?

Not that I'd buy them but this chap is obviously filling a void that CBS could choose to close quite easily, more fool them. I know that in theory I can download stuff myself for free except that when I try to do it, I discover that my pc over my connection can't. I honestly don't understand how so many of you can download entire series - what sort of bandwidth plans are you on, what speed are your connections - mad stuff. I also can't burn DVDs, but that's another story.
