And finally this game is getting interesting! In terms of the merge compared to other seasons, I didn't really find it as exciting (possibly because I don't feel that I have a lot of emotion vested in many of the players), however it was pretty cool to see the tide turn as quickly as it did. I'm quite glad that both hidden immunity idols are now gone, and I'm strongly hoping that there will not be another one rehidden. It's anybody's game now - Foa Foa are still at a distinct disadvantage but I can quite realistically see them recruiting people from Galu and creating quite a powerful force. I can't imagine the Galu members would align with all four of them but possibly three once another Foa Foa is kicked off. I'm glad Laura won immunity because I quite like her and also like the drama between her and Shambo. As for who will do well out of all of this, I think Natalie is going very well as she is the least target out of the Foa Foa members. Out of Galu, at this stage I'd think Kelly is in quite a good position. The rest...who knows?!

I liked Eric till he started slamming Foa Foa at Tribal - knew he was gone then. Interesting how Jeff has never said if anyone has a HII now is the time to play it - wondered if they would be valid having been intended for the other tribe and what if they had played them will still a tribal game?? Certainly looks like Russhell is on the block next week so either he wins immunity or its a big misdirection. I don't like Laura or Monica because of the way they treat Shambo - really could be anyone - Natalie seems tight with the Galu girls and I can see them getting her into a girls alliance and slipping through to the end. The gus really need to get rid of Laura to prevent that. Looks like it may be very interesting from here on out.

He sure got cocky and that's a big no no in this game. I was surprised that the men turned on him - basically the only people not voting for Erik was Shambo and Erik himself - so Shambo is once again left out of the loop (about the final vote - I laughed at the Kathyesque "Eric Who"?). Boy, is she gonna be pissed off about that! I like Shambo but I wish she'd play just a bit smarter. Not liking Laura at all. Or Monica. Not Kelly much either. And of course, not Russell, though I do think I'd like him better if he'd just shut up instead of carrying on and on and on about being the mastermind. Mastermind, my foot. That's why you played that idol, cause you really didn't know who they were voting out. I'm still liking Natalie and Mick, and Danger Dave too. Jaison is okay. Brett is still so much an unknown. Have we ever gotten up to Ep 8 and known so little about a contestant before? Oh, and John can sit there and look gorgeous for however damn long he wants to. Sigh... Dude should have just shut the fuck up and probably would still be there, whats interesting though is he's gone cause of something John planned not Erik by wanting to get rid of Monica or the other one (hate this season for the fact that I don't know some of there names - and so late in the game too) I liked that they had 2 immunity-necklaces ... I wonder if this will continue ... Should be interesting from here on out... Don't know who I want to win. Not really loving anyone apart from Dave and Natalie ... Dave cracked me up when Jeff goes you don't play baseball much and he was like no I play the art of love making or something HAHAHAHAHAHAHH

Hope they don't as Laura would probably win again and I want her gone!

I was surprised that John and Dave voted Erik too they must have realised it was a sinking ship. I find Shambo so annoying she's so dumb its not funny dont know how much longer i can stand her for. Im hoping for a Natalie win but I reckon its one of the Foa Foa boys gone next week most likely Russell

Would love to see him make it to the end, but I don't reckon he could win it. I'm thrilled Laura is still there, as I love watching the conflict between her and Shambo...and I think Shambo has got a few screws loose, at least from what we've been shown. I'd want to know where my drink canteen went too. I'd rather see Monica go before Laura (despite the eye-candy factor) as I think adds less to the show. I forgot to mention it in my first post but I loved the tiny scene where John pulled Kelly aside and was like "you're not..." and Kelly was like "oh yeah, we are..." I really like her and hope she lasts longer. As for predictions, I do reckon a Foa Foa will go next - the Galu surely aren't stupid enough to keep all four of them around. I reckon it'd be more likely be Jaison though as they've already tried to get him out once and he's supposedly useless around camp. Russell at least is open about his scheming which they might take into consideration. If a Foa Foa doesn't got, it'll probably be John or Brett. I reckon the girls are safe for this coming week (maybe not Shambo...but we'll see).
