Yeah, after that I am kinda warming to her more. I can't believe she and Kenny are still there, so they must be doing something right.
That sure was a blindside for Marcus! I really had him pegged as the winner from the edit he was getting. |

Hahahahahahahahhahaah! Holy shit!!! That was AWESOME!!!!!!!!
I can't believe the editors still manage to pull the wool over on my eyes after so many seasons. Two episodes in a row I've been absolutely floored by the blindside boots against Ace and Marcus. This was shaping up to be the most predictable and bland end-game ever, but this gives me a bucket load of confidence! I've been over the Marcus train from day one; the guy is flat out dull as fuck to watch, and condescending to boot. He definitely got what he deserved. Not only did he play a horrible social game with Susie, but their decision to boot Dan last week (which I consider the worst move so far all game) basically is the reason this happened. They had a guy desperate to fit into a group, pleading and begging for some companionship. Then, they had a girl who basically said time and time again that other members of her alliance were pathetic, weak, that she wanted to vote them out; etc. What basically a wildcard. So who is the most logical person to boot here, and WHY THE HELL DID THEY BOOT DAN?!?!? Their smugness and arrogance (I'm looking at you Charlie, loser) is going to be delightful to watch unravel over the next few weeks. And my love for Crystal and Kenny is boundless. I hope these two make it very, very far... along with Sugar and Randy. That's my dream endgame! ![]() |

I'm not a fan of Crystal or Kenny. They've ridden tailcoats to this point - I'll give them props for each being responsible for a blindside (Kenny
for Ace and Crystal for Marcus), but I really don't think they're worthy of praise just yet. I'm still gunning for a Corinne win. Susie is so
stupid, too. Sure, she couldn't trust Marcus like she could Crystal and Kenny, but she's got to think of numbers. Either way, she would have been safe
until at least the merge. She's no Cirie, that's for sure...she's playing a bad social game, and no need to mention her physical game hahaha
(Although I'm thankful she's thrown the game in the air and made in enjoyable for us!)
That IC was so tense, too!! Poor Bob, I was gunning for him so bad. Stupid Matt ruining the Kota kids' plans to throw the challenge. Damn it! The reshuffle was great...didn't see it coming at all, and loved the whole HII thing. Anyone who took it for them self would have been stuuuuupid! Great editing. Very suspenseful and a great blindside. I hope it keeps up!

Stupid Matt ruining the Kota kids' plans to throw the challenge. Damn it!Well, they would have booted his arse outta there if he hadn't done it. I was surprised to see Sugar crying with remorse for ousting Ace. I guess it's easy to get really paranoid and believe what others tell you. Susie sure did shake things up a bit.

I like her, but she hasn't done anything amazing yet for me to want her to win. And MC, Im with you all the way with the Kenny and Crystal love, I want them as the final 2 and Suger can be final 3 and as much as i HATE HATE HATE HATE Randy, I wouldnt mind seeing him make it far, purely for entertainment reasons. |

How can you say Crystal and Kenny have been riding coattails (or, in your words, tailcoats)? Last week, Crystal's ass was on the line, and Kenny's
quick thinking with Sugar and manipulating her against Ace saved the day. This episode, Crystal returned the favour by pulling in Susie to boot Marcus. It
wasn't that many seasons ago when risky moves like this simply would never have been made, because players used to be content to play for final six.
Nowadays people are finally all playing for number one. I'm not sure how Susie is stupid; she was bottom of a 6 person alliance, and with Crystal in the
way, she was lower than that.
The sheer arrogance of Marcus staggered me; his do-me-a-favour-and-vote-out-YOUR-closest-ally, and I'll-do-you-a-favour-and-bring-you-top-six was pathetic. Yeah, plenty of positives in it for Crystal there, hmph? ![]() |

Oopsy, coat tails!
I noted that they'd pulled one maneuver each (that they), but 8 TC's in that's about all they've done. That they were successful was down to the people who were the swing vote - Sugar and Susie, who did so with no intention of promising an alliance or the desire to save any particular person/s, but rather eliminating their own personal threats. C+K barely contributed to a tribe that imploded both physically and mentally, and now with the end game approaching, while they're still in it, they're still small dogs in a big kennel. If the tribes were to merge next week, and I doubt it, it's possible that they could have scraped the numbers to outplay the Kota 6. But when it takes 21 days to finally grow a pair and start playing the game - they've got a ways to go before they earn my respect. Kudos for arranging the blindsides, don't get me wrong, but they're there out of sheer luck in my eyes. I think Matty explaining the Ace thing to Sugar, and her obvious remorse, was a great piece of editing that will prelude the demise of Kenny and Crystal. Sugar is a powerful player right now - no one can afford to try and flush the HII at this stage, and that she's freelancing her votes means that she's need more than she's impeding. However she's emotionally convinced that Kenny played her hard...when C+K need numbers, will she side ultimately side with them? In hindsight, I also think there was some importance in last weeks footage of the Kota kid's recruiting Randy...he's not going to replace Bob, he's going to replace Marcus. Hmm.

One thing that occurred to me: we've had two tribe switch ups so far - every time the numbers start to get unbalanced, they've had a tribe switch and
made it even numbers again. Do you think they'll keep doing that? To try to screw up alliances that form (ie Marcus's alliance with Corrinne and
Charlie) and give people like Susie the chance to change the game?
Interesting, cause that exact same thing was suggested by a poster over at Sucks, and we already know for sure that SEG monitors Sucks. |

I just rewatched this, and I missed something the first time around - when Kota lost the challenge, did Ken really think that Marcus and Bob were going to turn
against their alliance partner and former tribe mate and vote for Susie? Cause that's pretty much what Ken said in his conversation with Crystal, and he
looked stunned when she told him that they were voting for him. Surely he's not that stupid?
Kudos to him and Crystal though, for turning it around. |

Another episode where I was completely blindsided. Well done editors - I was so sure it was going to end up being Corinne, Marcus & Charlie in the final 3
and that's now gone in one foul swoop.
I do feel sorry for Marcus because he was the victim of a completely random twist, but it will certainly make for a less predictable merge game (if they do indeed merge...I hope they do soon!). He was a nice guy but in terms of watching the show, I guess he was pretty dull. I can't frickin' wait to see Corinne and Charlie's reaction when they see the result of tribal council. The good thing about this group is that there is lots of potential conflict and there's not currently one large majority of people who can just pick off the rest one by one. If they were to merge next episode, the biggest obvious grouping is Bob, Corinne, Charlie and Randy. However that is not majority enough to take any sort of control. So who do they try and recruit? I can't see why any of the other five would join with them, now knowing that they're fifth in the pecking order (unless two of the Kota members make a final 3 deal with one of the others.) But then, out of the other five, you've got Sugar who feels duped by Crystal and Kenny - so she could go against them, but from the early episodes it didn't seem like her and Corinne liked each other very much, so I don't know which way Sugar would sway. Her best bet now is Matty, and I hope they have each others' back. But then again, Matty is the typical first-merge boot as he's in the minority and he's probably the biggest physical threat left. Then there is Susie, who has nowhere else now to go except to join with Kenny and Crystal as the rapidly-changing onion alliance will be gunning for her. It all seems like it will depend on Matty and Sugar this week - either they will be the deciders, or everybody will target Matty as a mutually agreeable target - or worse, they might all try to flush out the idol and vote for Sugar. Either way, I think the agreements that are formed when the tribes do finally join won't be very long lasting, because all of the potential voting groups have people within them who dislike each other. Can't wait to see the next few episodes - hopefully they'll be explosive! It could really go either way at this point. ![]() |

Still jsut watching this season now.
I wasn't really blindsided by this episode at all. Marcus hasn't beena major focus in the editing this entire season (you have just moreso known he has been in a position of power) but this episode he had much more screentime than normal. I was confident that he was going to get the boot with the editing. Although disappointed as that's my two hotties (Dan and Marcus) booted two episodes in a row! So far this has been a middle of the range season. Not loving it but not one of the weakest either, and I ahve a feeling things are just picking up. Crystal or Sugar for the win! They are the only two that I really like. |

Although disappointed as that's my two hotties (Dan and Marcus) booted two episodes in a row!Not to mention the cocky scene where he was saying how clever he was getting everyone to throw away the hidden immunity idol. That one came back to bite him! |
